This industrial mobile unit features a 150 kW diesel generator with an auxiliary fuel tank mounted on a single-axle trailer. Engineered for challenging field conditions where mobility, autonomy, and reliability are critical, this trailer mounted generator is the ideal solution for construction sites, emergency zones, outdoor events, etc. The trailer features outriggers, which are adjusted during setup to level and securely anchor the unit on terrain, as well as a handbrake, a height-adjustable jockey wheel, and a spare wheel. Road homologation makes transporting and relocating the unit with a towing vehicle quick and effortless.
The generator canopy is built for durability and weather resistance, using galvanised, powder-coated metal panels. The 150 kW diesel generator is powered by an industrial three-phase, water-cooled four-stroke diesel engine with an electronic speed governor. It is paired with an AVR-equipped alternator to ensure a stable and safe power supply for standard equipment and heavy machinery. It features a steel fuel tank with anti-corrosion protection, a precision level sensor, and a lockable cap. Engineered for low-noise performance, the generator features an advanced soundproof canopy, lined with specialised sound-absorbing materials that drastically suppress noise levels, making it ideal for night shifts or operation near residential areas. System management and monitoring are handled by an InteliLite 4 AMF 25 controller, which displays real-time data on an LCD screen, including voltage, current, frequency, oil pressure, fuel level, and operating hours. The unit is equipped with the following sockets:
Safety features include a Residual Current Device (RCD/RCB) and surge protection for each socket. An auxiliary input enables external power supply to the LED lighting when the generator is off. This trailer-mounted generator with an auxiliary fuel tank (150 kW) complies with ISO 8528-1 and CE certification standards.
