The shower trailer allows for rapid deployment of sanitary facilities at various locations. Attach the unit to a towing vehicle, transport it to the site, and set it up for use. With integrated tanks and optional connections to existing infrastructure, it offers a dependable solution for disaster response, construction sites, workplaces, public events, temporary facilities, and areas without adequate permanent sanitary units. Its durable construction and practical design ensure reliable, long-term operation in demanding environments.
The unit is built on a twin-axle (tandem) trailer frame with a maximum permissible gross vehicle weight of 3,500 kg. The unladen (empty) weight of the toilet trailer is 2,700 kg. The chassis is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel tubing for maximum corrosion protection. It features a height-adjustable drawbar with a standard 40 mm DIN towing eye. Alternative coupling systems can be fitted upon request. The trailer is also equipped with four fold-down support legs, which must be manually adjusted during setup to level the unit on terrain. The trailer includes a manual parking brake, spare wheel, and a dedicated technical compartment housing key connections. The electrical lighting system complies with European road safety standards, featuring outline marker lights at the front (white) and rear (red) at both high and low levels. The maximum allowed towing speed is 80 km/h, and transit is permitted with empty fresh and wastewater tanks. The trailer comes in a blue exterior finish and features a unique serial number for identification. It is designed and manufactured in Slovenia.
The shower module mounted on the trailer measures 4,200 × 2,400 × 2,500 mm (L × W × H). The overall height of the complete trailer, including the toilet module, is 3,000 mm, while the overall width is 2,480 mm. The walls are made of 33 mm GRP insulated sandwich panels fitted into aluminum profiles, while the floor consists of 41 mm GRP floor sandwich panels with a cast-in non-slip epoxy coating. The insulated walls and ceiling provide a more comfortable environment for users regardless of outdoor weather conditions. For additional comfort in colder conditions, the trailer can be equipped with a heater. A key advantage of the shower trailer is its versatility. It can be used either connected to utility networks or fully self-contained. The integrated fresh water and wastewater tanks, built into the chassis, ensure optimal weight distribution and enhanced stability. The freshwater tank has a capacity of 1,500 liters, while the wastewater tank has a capacity of 1,600 litres. The water system enables water pumping, filtration, and softening. The shower trailer can also be connected to the local water supply and sewage network. Dedicated connections are located in the lower external section of the trailer: a STORZ Type D coupling (¾'') for fresh water supply and a STORZ Type A coupling (4'', 100 mm) for wastewater discharge. The electrical installation in the trailer is 230 V, 50 Hz. Connection to the mains is provided via a three-phase 400 V, 50 Hz connection with a 16 A, 50 Hz CEE plug and an RCD (Residual Current Device), which quickly interrupts the power supply in the event of current leakage and provides additional protection against electric shock, fire, and damage to electrical equipment. The cabins are equipped with power sockets and light switches. The electrical wiring is concealed. The technical compartment is located inside the trailer and can be accessed from the outside through side doors. It houses a 150-liter electric water heater (2000 W), providing approximately 300 liters of mixed hot water, alongside the vacuum unit. The compartment also contains the electrical and mechanical installations. The trailer is engineered for optimal energy and water efficiency, utilizing LED lighting and a water-saving vacuum toilet system.
Designed for hygiene, comfort, and practical use, this sanitary trailer features six separate shower cabins, each with its own entrance for maximum privacy. Each entrance is equipped with steps and a dedicated safety handrail to ensure safe access. Interior surfaces of the toilet trailer allow for quick and easy cleaning. The unit comes with a fire extinguisher and a handy toolbox.
Each individual cabin is equipped with:
Upon purchase, the showertrailer comes complete with the following documentation:
In addition to shower trailers, toilet trailers are also available, as well as combined toilet-shower modules designed for individuals with reduced mobility. Unlike the trailers, the accessible module is a stationary unit built with a heavy-duty steel frame and integrated forklift pockets for easy loading and positioning.
